The consuming desire of most human beings is deliberately to plant their whole life in the hands of some other person.I would describe this method of searching for happiness as immature. Development of character consists solely in moving towards self sufficiency.

Unfortunately most of us spend a life time looking for someone else to make us happy and never learn that happiness has to come from within us. No one can make us happy continuously and it is unfair to expect that from another person. So if we do not find it within ourselves we just continue to search for that next person to make us happy.

its just that i learned it a bit late...and that too the hard way ..!!
but probably the more important thing is that I've finally realized the reality and willing to move on to a new life...(lolz ...like i have a choice ? ) ...i m happy that though stupid ...i never acted like a coward ...though mayb irrational to sound too affectionate ..i m thankful ..that i tried to atleast convey my feelings to her....

I am sure nothing you did was stupid, you put yourself out there and took a risk. We all could lead a nice safe life and never get hurt. But life is to be lived and that means taking chances and risk and in doing so there will be more hurts along the way. I would like to tell you there will not be but there will. You are right is always better to know than to wonder what if for the rest of your life.
